Same Direction
People seldom head in the same direction. Great leaders build a sense of ownership and inclusiveness, which is how they connect with an become accepted by the team. It is first we, then me. So how do we do that? Clear Vision, Great discipline and a positive determination. So real leadership is about working with your team to achieve goals. a great deal of he time those goals are beyond your reach and not that easy to reach. So it requires hard work and dedication. It takes strategy and intentionality. So a great leader never quits and keeps an active mind. So let me suggest how that can happen, you have to be open enough to question everything. Most ministries and most companies question nothing. Be different.
